Approach

Megan recognizes that each client and project is unique.  She readily offers diverse techniques that support and she seeks to better understand the needs of those she works with.  Megan sets obtainable goals  and metrics and evaluates what is working and how to fine tune curricula and experience.  Megan sees teaching and learning as a collaboration.
