About

Megan has been practicing meditation and mindfulness in secular and sacred traditions for the past twenty-five years.  She has worked in corporations, schools, prisons, juvenile halls and beyond sharing her passion for mindfulness and present moment awareness and its capacity to create change and transformation.   

 

Megan was trained and certified in mindfulness education for children and young adults at Mindful Schools, an international leader in secular mindfulness education. Further, Megan has served on the Program and Impact team at Mindful Schools,   Megan trained as a Mindfulness Facilitator through UCLA's MARC program within the Semel Institute for Neuroscience and Human Behavior at UCLA. A lover of learning, Megan is always study and growing as a practitioner and a teacher.

Megan currently facilitates sound baths, yoga nidra, and teaches mindfulness, meditation, and yoga internationally on Insight Timer.  Megan is also affiliated with MNDFUL.
